Stephen K. Latreille
Vice President and Corporate Controller
Stephen K. Latreille is the vice president and corporate controller at Ingredion. As the principal accounting officer, Latreille leads the Company’s external financial reporting, corporate accounting, and governance process over internal controls. Previously, Latreille served as vice president, corporate finance and led the Company’s investor relations and corporate communications function on an interim basis. Prior to his current role, Latreille served as a director of corporate finance and planning.
Before joining Ingredion in 2013, Latreille was a senior director of finance and strategy for the North American business of Kraft Foods and held numerous leadership positions throughout the organization. Latreille also served in various roles at Rand McNally, a private publishing and technology company, and Price Waterhouse, a global accounting firm.
Latreille holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in business from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Latreille is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the advisory boards of Ladder Up, a Chicago-based non-profit organization, and Michigan State University’s Finance Department.
